The Eastern Ranges, Eastern Football League and AFL Yarra Ranges have developed a unique partnership overseeing all aspects of Female Football in the Eastern Region of Melbourne. This partnership aligns all key pillars in Female Football including all Talent and representative programs (including Eastern Ranges TAC Cup), female development programs and female competitions, senior and junior. The partnership strives to develop and increase female participation across all fields, including playing, umpiring, coaching and administration. The Eastern Region Girls Football League, made of clubs from the Eastern Football League and AFL Yarra Ranges is the major female football competition in Melbourne’s East aims to create a pathway for females from Auskick to senior football.
ABOUT THE ROLE
AFL Yarra Ranges in partnership with Eastern Football League and AFL Victoria have a unique opportunity for a Female Competitions and Talent Coordinator. This role is a full-time role that is responsible for the day-to-day operation and management of female football in the region including Eastern Ranges TAC Girls and associated talent programs, the Eastern Region Girls and Women’s competitions, and any associated development programs.
