Members past and present, committee and supporters of the Mulgrave Football, Netball, Cricket and Sports Clubs and Eastern Devils Women’s Football Club pay tribute to Bon Andrews following her recent sudden passing.
Bon has been a cornerstone supporter of the clubs at Mulgrave for many years, continuing the devotion and support her late husband Don gave to the clubs for over fifty years until his own passing.
Bon has been Patron of the Mulgrave Football Club for many years and has continually assisted the Sports Club committee in its efforts to support all the clubs at Mulgrave. Bon’s ever-positive attitude and smiles will be sadly missed by all.
We all pass on our deepest sympathies to Bon’s family, many of whom are current hard-working volunteers and supporters of the Mulgrave clubs.
We are all here for a brief time and many strive to be as good as they can be to all they meet. Many achieve greatness through their kindness and devotion to others. Bon was one of the greatest and whilst she is gone, she will forever remain in our hearts and be remembered by all at Mulgrave for her devotion, kindness and tireless support.
All members and supporters from all Mulgrave clubs are invited to attend Bon’s funeral – Monday 14 October at 1.30pm at Boyd Chapel, Springvale Botanical Cemetery.
